On August 15-16, Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, conducted research in Qingdao and Linyi, discussing cooperation with Shandong Port Group, visiting the group's first secretary stationed in Yinan County, and inspecting subsidiary enterprises.
On August 15th, Ye Jianjun led a team to Shandong Port for discussions. Both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on product synergy for overseas markets, technological innovation, and smart port construction, exploring new models and opportunities for business cooperation. Both sides expressed their intention to deepen strategic cooperation and strive to set an example of collaboration among provincial state-owned enterprises. Before the meeting, Ye Jianjun visited Lovol Heavy Industry's excavator intelligent manufacturing factory, Weichai (Qingdao) Technology Research Institute, and Weichai (Qingdao) High-end Marine Equipment Manufacturing Center.
On the morning of August 16th, Ye Jianjun visited the first secretary stationed by Shandong Heavy Industry Group in Xinji Town, Yinan County, to investigate the grasshopper breeding project led by the Fengtou Village Party Branch Cooperative and the infrastructure improvements in the villages where first secretary is stationed. He stated that Shandong Heavy Industry Group would fully support the work of the first secretary to assist in rural revitalization.
He required that the first secretary should work diligently and practically. They should focus on party building, play a leading role in demonstrating party member exemplary behavior; focus on increasing income, persistently promoting industrial revitalization to increase farmers' and village collective income; and focus on improving village ethos, continuously carrying out joint construction activities to enhance the village's spiritual civilization.
On the afternoon of August 16th, Ye Jianjun visited Strong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. to inspect grassroots party building and production operations, giving full affirmation. He emphasized the need to prioritize talent, strengthening recruitment, cultivation, and retention to enhance employees' sense of belonging; to focus on management, addressing weaknesses and enhancing strengths to create an atmosphere of passionate work; and to center on party building, deeply integrating it with business operations and closely combining it with mass groups to form distinctive characteristics.
